Everything during the purchase of my vehicle to the delivery was seamless with no issues. Joao assisted me with setting up profiles and showing me round my car to ensure I was ready to leave the showroom.

A little more fanfare would have been appreciated picking up a brand new car. A nice reveal inside. It's a big day I feel like a bigger deal could be made about it. Felt like I was picking up any old second hand car not brand new made to order.

There was an issue at vehicle handover relating to a delay in my payment appearing in the business bank account which meant we had to return to pick up the car after paying for it. I am happy the matter was dealt with fairly in the end

From the first test drive day, to ordering my new car, until taking delivery it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Kamal at BMW Leeds. My collection day was exceptional, the actual handover of my car in the handover bay was like a dream.

1st time I've used Stratstone Leeds there was no issues but I've previously used bmw Wakefield and I personally think there customer service is better so I'll be returning there I think stratstone Leeds is just too big and too busy

Parking for service drop off full, had to leave it almost out on the street. More services carried out without seeking my authorisation. A lot of SMS and emails received as part of the process. Some were repeats of other messages.

It was good and quick but the only thing I was not happy with is the car was due for a service and they didnt let me know as soon as I brought the car back it gave the prompt message on the dash board they could have told me instead I had to rebook

Got done what was needed which was a recall. Only contact I had during the day was to ask for approval to do £1500 of additional work. Money money money. Would have been nice to have been told when car was ready for collection.

The booking process was clear with friendly reminders at all stages of the process - the explanations from technicians were helpful and it was made clear to me on how my car was being looked after.

The experience was poor from start to finish. The car wouldn't fit on the ramps.We told them to remove the skirts so the car would fit on the ramps and we wouldn't hold them liable for any damage, they refused. Did MOT at Mini but not the service.

As mentioned above Leeds store needs to provide better customer experiences. Last year I received excellent customer service from Bella who no longer works in your Leeds store which is a shame and the mechanic last year was brilliant and friendly.

Apart from the service booking issue I opted for a complimentary car clean. Although the car was reasonably clean on arrival it had not been washed as there was grime on the windscreen on collecting.

Used to feel special coming into get your car serviced. Well stocked fridge and options for snack as you are waiting for hours. This time empty fridge, no snack. toilets were discussing, Dirty and no toilet paper. Didn't feel special

Not all issues are addressed which were reported. While the car was in service, I tried calling to the service number to check the status no one picks the call, this is not the first time. I got the message to pick the car 5 mins before the closing.

Despite being told my car had had a second recall done on the software whilst it was in for the original I am still having faults with the operating system and some days it's like it has a mind of its own so I know need to rebook it in again.

A health check was completed and on the whole all was good but a tyre was starting to show ware on the inside.This may have been due to a fault with a suspension air pump but I was not sure and couldn't get a clear answer. Tyres should be check
