Nathan in sales made the process so easy from pricing to collection where the date was agreed without issue. I do currently have an issue with the My BMW app showing a 4x4 drive train error but the vehicle showing clear. Be nice to get this cleared

I've marked down on this because no one there considered whether the extended BMW warranty we have would cover additional work required. On querying this I found that it did indeed cover the work. This consideration should be standard practice.

One fault is resp for the poorer rating on this occasion. Car was ready, though delayed past 10.30, was delayed further as staff were occupied with an internal service mtg. The staff were trying to juggle being in the mtg with servibing customers.

The way i was treated and made to wait compare to customers that are buying a new vehicle it was selective. seems to me you just want to hit your targets deliver the best service when selling but after car is non existent.

I go there, as it's my nearest dealer, but wouldn't really recommend them. Had a dispute about when my car was actually ready as the MyBMW app said it had been in the car park, unlocked, for over an hour when they rang me to collect.

Great service from Phoebe however given the fact that I could not get a courtesy car was a huge let down, it should be a given for customers with top of the range cars, massive inconvenience to my day.. I have to mark the dealership down for this.

I was not regularly updated on progress of vehicle. I had to ask different people at the desk on three occasions how long my car would be as I had paid over an hour ago. It would better if we were updated on this time frame via text, email etc.

Had the break pad and disk serviced but it got a lot of squeaky noise every time I pull off the hand brakes and start driving

Car drop off great. Had a call to say my vehicle needed new breaks. Said ok, called back 2min later to say don't do it Arrived to reception trying to bill for breaks. It took 30min and almost called a liar to my face twice. Handling could be better.

Nice and simple, no fuss. Got back in my car no noises from the dash board when starting it. The little electrical quirks the car had developed all gone. Big shout to the workshop for sorting it. Great job as Sandal did nothing at all.

The reason for not a full 5 stars is that I was told I had to give 10/10 feedback otherwise it is classed as bad feedback and I've been constantly called requesting it, I don't want to be told what to score or be pressured into doing it asap.

Courtesy car was provided with a puncture - reported by the car but not picked up by the dealer. Tyre repair took approx 1 hour which resulted in me missing a meeting. Also the vehicle inspection flag doesn't look to have been reset - still in app.

Easy ti check in and out. Curtesy car was ready to go. I didn't have loads of paperwork to fill in and the far was nice and clean upon return.

Major problem is I could not reach the consultant I was assigned to by phone as the number was off all day . I had a few questions to ask but could not have them answered. Also, I was given about 40 minutes notice for car pick up before closing.
