Nathan was an absolute star. He's speedy initial support to get the deal done, excellent service & commitment to making the whole thing as quick and painless as possible was great. On collection date the motorway was closed and he stayed to handover!

Nathan in sales made the process so easy from pricing to collection where the date was agreed without issue. I do currently have an issue with the My BMW app showing a 4x4 drive train error but the vehicle showing clear. Be nice to get this cleared

I go there, as it's my nearest dealer, but wouldn't really recommend them. Had a dispute about when my car was actually ready as the MyBMW app said it had been in the car park, unlocked, for over an hour when they rang me to collect.
