Nathan in sales made the process so easy from pricing to collection where the date was agreed without issue. I do currently have an issue with the My BMW app showing a 4x4 drive train error but the vehicle showing clear. Be nice to get this cleared

When I collected the car the 2nd time I asked why the problem with the air con unit wasn't picked up the first time, the person I was dealing with tried to contact technician but they weren't available but said they would contact me.

Not all issues are addressed which were reported. While the car was in service, I tried calling to the service number to check the status no one picks the call, this is not the first time. I got the message to pick the car 5 mins before the closing.

I did not give you full marks because I was told that I would receive the bill via email but that has not happened yet and also I asked at check in could a technician have a look at the ambient lighting on the passenger rear N/S door. Still the same

when the car was eventually towed there. I wasn't even told it was there and had to use my BMW app to see! It was me who had to call for over 7 working days to find out it hadn't even been looked at. The person who did finally contact me was great

rebooked my service over Christmas period. Couldn't find my booking however quickly resolved the issue took my car performed service and had my vehicle back before the end of the working day. Great communication. Very professional walk round of vehic

Despite being told my car had had a second recall done on the software whilst it was in for the original I am still having faults with the operating system and some days it's like it has a mind of its own so I know need to rebook it in again.

Rubbish Service. Didn't even do the complimentary wash & vac as requested/agreed. Seatbelt issue is still outstanding.

A health check was completed and on the whole all was good but a tyre was starting to show ware on the inside.This may have been due to a fault with a suspension air pump but I was not sure and couldn't get a clear answer. Tyres should be check

I've marked down on this because no one there considered whether the extended BMW warranty we have would cover additional work required. On querying this I found that it did indeed cover the work. This consideration should be standard practice.

One fault is resp for the poorer rating on this occasion. Car was ready, though delayed past 10.30, was delayed further as staff were occupied with an internal service mtg. The staff were trying to juggle being in the mtg with servibing customers.

The way i was treated and made to wait compare to customers that are buying a new vehicle it was selective. seems to me you just want to hit your targets deliver the best service when selling but after car is non existent.

I go there, as it's my nearest dealer, but wouldn't really recommend them. Had a dispute about when my car was actually ready as the MyBMW app said it had been in the car park, unlocked, for over an hour when they rang me to collect.

Great service from Phoebe however given the fact that I could not get a courtesy car was a huge let down, it should be a given for customers with top of the range cars, massive inconvenience to my day.. I have to mark the dealership down for this.
