1st time I've used Stratstone Leeds there was no issues but I've previously used bmw Wakefield and I personally think there customer service is better so I'll be returning there I think stratstone Leeds is just too big and too busy

Parking for service drop off full, had to leave it almost out on the street. More services carried out without seeking my authorisation. A lot of SMS and emails received as part of the process. Some were repeats of other messages.

It was good and quick but the only thing I was not happy with is the car was due for a service and they didnt let me know as soon as I brought the car back it gave the prompt message on the dash board they could have told me instead I had to rebook

Got done what was needed which was a recall. Only contact I had during the day was to ask for approval to do £1500 of additional work. Money money money. Would have been nice to have been told when car was ready for collection.
