The team at BMW pulled together so that I could collect my car on the day that suited me although Kamal was away on a training course. Jack Redmond managed the situation admirably and Jack Turner sorted out all the admin on the day most successfully.

Car was scheduled to be in the garage for 1 day. Ended being there for 3 with no update apart from day 1 when I was told it would be ready the next day. It wasn't and nine thought it fit to inform me. I kept ringing incessantly with no response.

The only issue was the lack of communication as to when my car was ready to collect. I called 30 minutes prior to the service dept..closing to collect, however this was only a very minor point on a very busy day prior to a Bank Holiday
