Made to feel welcome. Proffessional approach from Mark. Discussed what we wanted and was give some options. Looked at cars on site. Gave his advise when required but also listen to our wishes.

Totally satisfied and more! So much help and advice given - sailed through the purchase and delivery process. In fact,an added bonus was that my car arrived 2 weeks earlier than I thought!

I'd firstly like to say I am pleased with the service provided by Kacper, however overall the service dept messed me around with my service. I dropped my car at 8am and didn't get it back by 5 as agreed, massively inconveniencing me.

Whilst my dealings with the service advisor Humaira was very good- they areis completely let down by a lack of staff/attention to detail. The phone is answered infrequently, my car didn't get repaired due to staff being off and my keys were misplaced

No communication from dropping my vehicle in, I was told it would 'probably' be ready by end of day. No callback without multiple chasing. Car held overnight with no courtesy call even the following morning when message left

It was good but not as good as Volvo. You need to work on front of house customer service considering how expensive it is to both buy and maintain a BMW
