No apologies given. Just lots of almost 'made up' excuses. I felt pushed aside and almost neglected. Probably because my car was old? Or it was a re-call instead or a sale? Not sure. Poor service. Our next BMW will be from a different dealership.

as above comments, Staff were laughing and talking between themselves while I was stood waiting to be seen, ( They could all see that I was stood there waiting but carried on, I would expect far better service from a world wide company,

The service I received when bringing my car into the workshop at BMW Leeds stratstone on Friday the 5th September was really poor, my car was booked in for an MOT, 1 tyre change and front pads changing and I got my car back on the Monday
