The team at BMW pulled together so that I could collect my car on the day that suited me although Kamal was away on a training course. Jack Redmond managed the situation admirably and Jack Turner sorted out all the admin on the day most successfully.

Most certainly the young lady (Catlynn) did a full inspection of my vehicle and fitted rear brake pads gave me a very confident feeling of proffesionalism. For someone like me that is extremely important

Car was requested to be cleaned as a complimentary service however this was not completed. Also a bit disappointed that I now have to bring the vehicle back for another service only days after being in the garage. The brakes now require attention.

I returned to collect my car and all the displays and instrument panel was all over the place. I had to spend ages resetting modes, and displays and personal driving options to my original settings. Most annoying.

Good service. Disappointed that I've had to pay for spring replacements on a car that's done 26k miles. If the left, broken side was covered under warranty, and it's recommended to change both, the right side should have been covered too.

Good experience although booked through the app then was contacted saying there was no appointments that day and rebooked for the following week and the car came back not cleaned as promised

The vehicle was booked in for an airbag recall and I still haven't received the receipt. All I have received is a health check which stated I needed to spend £800. One of the feedback was a replacement tyre but they are new tyres!!

I paid for the brakes to be inspected and to be repaired. All I got was it maybe one of a few things but wanted me to pay for pads and discs that may not resolve the fault. Then to be expected to pay for another diagnostic investigation.

Showroom staff were excellent, efficient, friendly and kind, 5 stars. However the service side were very poor. Communication virtually non existent, lost paperwork, promised calls not returned. 18 days for an A/C condenser replacement. 1 star.

Awful service. I dropped car in at 09:30, I asked to collect it at 16:30. It didn't move from the carpark into the workshop until 15:30. The car was not washed when I asked for the complementary car wash. Awful collection too

I'd firstly like to say I am pleased with the service provided by Kacper, however overall the service dept messed me around with my service. I dropped my car at 8am and didn't get it back by 5 as agreed, massively inconveniencing me.

Whilst my dealings with the service advisor Humaira was very good- they areis completely let down by a lack of staff/attention to detail. The phone is answered infrequently, my car didn't get repaired due to staff being off and my keys were misplaced

No communication from dropping my vehicle in, I was told it would 'probably' be ready by end of day. No callback without multiple chasing. Car held overnight with no courtesy call even the following morning when message left

I am satisfied but I rang twice and no one rang me back even though they said they would. I then turned up an hour after the time my car should have been ready as I had a lift and they couldn't wait any longer/ the advisor said it was ready.
